X. Miscellaneous

  • Data Retention: EHASE may retain information for legitimate business needs, including not communicating with you if you have asked us not to, detecting and preventing abuse of our website, illegal activities, and breaches of our Terms of Use, and complying with legal, tax, or accounting requirements. When there is no legitimate business need to retain your information, EHASE will delete it or de-identify it in accordance with applicable law.
